I took my 4 year old son, Eitan, kayak fishing for the first time at the Daniel's Area of the Patapsco River and we caught about 35 fish in 2 hours along the shoreline using weightless hooks baited with Berkley plastic red trout worms and Fins 2.5" plastic minnows. We caught sunnies, rock bass, and smallmouth, and saw tons of crayfish. Water was low and clear. My son had a blast and we're looking forward to our next opportunity to get out on the water.
