Thank You Captain Tom! - Julie Anne Lynskey

On July 16 I went out fishing with Captain Tom Hughes. We left out of the Baltimore Inner Harbor. We went fishing and saw landmarks from the water. My friend and I caught over 30 fish in an 1 1/2 hours. We got to see Fort McHenry from the water and I got to touch the buoy where the Star Spangled Banner was written. I had won the fishing trip a while back but we had scheduling issues on both sides. DNR Note: Julie Anne won this trip as part of her participation in the Youth Fishing program.
