The Cure for Cabin Fever!

After weeks of waiting for the ice to melt from Lake Allen, I was able to finally fish it on February 17th. I caught these four beauties for some fine winter bass fishing. Their weights were 2.8, 1.8, 4.1, and 2.1 lbs. (caught in that order). The two biggest were on a Yum 3.75 inch Warning Shot that was drop-shot rigged, and the others were on a Rapala X-Rap suspending jerkbait. In my excitement of landing the 4 pounder, I grabbed my rod in the wrong place, and snapped it off past the 2nd guide. It was past my extended warranty date, but the good news was that the exact replacement was on sale at 50% off!
