Big Bluegills at Calvert Cliffs

The rain set in pretty hard this week, but I had to get out. I drove down to Calvert Cliffs State Park to try the pond there. For about 40 minutes I was hooking up on every other cast with the yellow tube jig. I�ve never seen bluegills this thick in the body. Each one was as long as my hand and loads of fun on the light rod. Until next time... Tight Lines!
