Wednesday Trifecta in Calvert County

As I headed out to do some largemouth bass fishing I decided to take a few cast from a fishing pier in my community in Calvert Marina. This is were Mill Creek and Back creek merge. At any rate I took three rockfish and four white perch before heading up to Prince Frederick for some pond fishing. I caught a 24�, 22� and 16� rockfish. Then took at least 15 largemouth bass at the pond, fishing from an old rowboat, I kinda lost count. The largemouth bass were taken on a Whopper Plopper or wacky worm rig while the rockfish were taken on a skirted jig with a four inch paddle tail grub. The perch were on a beetle spin with a Mr Twister grub. And a bonus crappie too. It was a great day!
