Flathead Catfish

I was fishing Dam 4 on the West Virginia side of the Potomac River (directly opposite the Maryland side) for bass and walleye using a deep diving crank bait and caught 2 flathead catfish. One was 24� and 5 lb 10oz and the other was 18� and 4 lb which was full of eggs. Every summer, for the past several years, I catch flathead in the spillway on a crank bait or drop shot.
