Snakehead Caught in Hogpen Creek

On August 6, around 8pm, I caught a snakehead in Hogpen Creek off of Middle River in the Essex area. It was about 8" in length. The fish is currently in my freezer in a freezer bag. Please advise next appropriate steps.

DNR Response: Thaw it out, filet and cook it up. Snakehead are good eating!
