My daughter, Baylee Peperak, and I were fishing on the upper Potomac River near Hagerstown. When water levels and weather conditions co-operate, the walleye fishing has been very good on the Potomac. During a recent half day trip, we managed to land 19 walleyes and 1 smallmouth bass. The fish ranged in size from 15 to 22 inches. If you are interested in pursuing walleyes on the Potomac, now is the time.
