Hickory Shad Fishing with Grumps

Kaytin age 11, went fishing with her grand-father (Grumps), Granny and her sister Hannah on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Conowingo Dam. Kaytin forgot to pack her fishing pole but soon took over Grumps� pole. She helped Grumps placed the Shad dart on the line and was impatient to get her line into the River. Within a few minutes she caught her first Shad. We snapped a picture and released it back into the River. Several of the other anglers yelled out �that little girl just caught a big one�. 1.5 lbs, 18 inch.
