Gunpowder Falls

I fished at Gunpowder Falls today hoping the White Perch run was on but they haven�t moved in. So, I fished with minnows and grass shrimp and caught 20 or so small yellow perch and a shad. Only one of the yellow perch I caught was a keeper by only ��. Everything else was 6 to 8 ��. A couple of the males still had milk but I think they missed the party.
