After I caught a snakehead in the Gunpowder River a bit ago, I became obsessed with catching more. I keep coming back and locating where I caught the other. On May 7, 2019 I went back again and caught two snakeheads in the same location where I caught my first snakehead. When I saw these two they were swimming with yellow perch. It was about 7:00 p.m when they started biting. I used a bullminow as my bait. I had a few bites of not legal size yellow perch until I caught two snakehead. After that I was able to get a keeper yellow perch measuring 11.5 inches.
Here are some specifics about my catches:
Date caught: May 7, 2019
Time caught: 7:00 p.m.
Weather/Temp; 75 degree F, Calm, sunny
