Brooke Howes, 9 years old of Columbia MD, caught this 13-1/4� white perch aboard the Hook Mash on 6/18/2019. Her first White Perch was caught while fishing for rockfish in the Chesapeake Bay using light tackle and soft crabs near the Bloody Point Lighthouse.
