Spanish Mackerel at the Mouth of the Severn

Jeffery Biggs caught the first Spanish mackerel early in the day on Sunday in the Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Severn River. That was followed by Doug Crowe catching the second one. We were using #2 planers with Tony spoons with a fast troll.
