My Weekend of Fishing

Wishing everyone well and hopefully all got out and fished some too.

On Saturday, 09/07/19, I fished for cobia on the bay at the Target Ship but no luck at all. Zero fish.

Then, on Sunday, 09/08/19, I fished off of Piney Point. I did see a guy with a puppy drum but I couldn�t find any. I caught one needle fish, one schoolie rockfish, one Atlantic lizardfish fish as well as 37 white perch. The perch were around average 10-12�. All were caught on beetle spin except for the needle fish which was caught on a popping cork with 1/4 oz jig.

Today I went to the local pier to look at the water to check conditions before I headed to Annapolis. I caught a perch. I hear there are small speck trout in the creeks. I�ll check that out later in the week.
