Smallies in the Patapsco

I was fishing the patapsco river the other day with a buddy in the early evening down off of woodstock road. This little small mouth actually hit on a 3 inch thin boy crank. I couldnt believe he would even attempt it.We also caught a few more smallies and some rock bass on a Joes Flies spinner.
