Deep Creek Lake Grand Slam

I fished Deep Creek Lake this past weekend and it was beautiful. Sunshine and warm temperatures made it very enjoyable. The fish were still in warm water mode and fishing was slow for us, but despite that, we did catch some fish. All of the production came with minnows fished off the bottom in 12-18 feet of water. On Saturday, I caught a Deep Creek Lake grand slam � and it was done in the only 4 fish I caught all day. I landed a 24� northern pike, an 18� smallmouth bass, a 17� walleye and a 12� yellow perch. Foliage around the lake was really coming on nicely.
