Some Bass Fishing

I took this beautiful day and filled it with some largemouth bass fishing. Heading first to the upper end of Mill Creek. Catching nine largemouth bass on Ned Rig and a rattle trap from shore.

Then I headed home for some lunch and to load up the kayak before heading to St Mary�s lake. Where I caught five bass. It was a little harder over on the lake. With the rain the lake was noticeably higher but still clear. I wasn�t able to find a pattern to catch fish. I caught them on 1/4 oz jig with a paddle tail, Ned Rig and shaky head rig. I spoke to two other fisherman and they had caught a few fish on plastics and small crank baits.

My two biggest fish were caught in Mill Creek, both over over 14�.
