Seabass Fishing Meets Expectations

Type: Ocean
Region: Eastern
Location: Offshore of Ocean City Maryland

After hearing about the good seabass fishing off of Ocean City, Maryland I decided to go fishing on the Morning Star headboat and expectations were met. I went on one of Monty's long range 11 hour trips. We left the dock at about 5:45 am and traveled at least 3 hours to our spot. We did not have to move as fishing was good from the start. The boat got its limit in two hours of fishing with many double headers of keepers and we returned to the dock early. This is the best trip of the year since I got my limit including a seabass of 17 inches. Pool winner was a 19 inch seabass and one lucky angler took home quite a bit of money.
