I loaded up the kayak and headed over to St Mary�s lake for pickerel. Casting a Mepps double bladed spinner and Rapala Jigging Rap. But I came up short, only catching bass and one small crappie. The Lake's water temperature was 43 degrees air temperature 53 degrees. The fish were caught in 13-19� of water with the exception of one bass in 5� of water.
