While were fishing on the Potomac River my friend, Mike Gorombol hooked into an amazing trophy walleye. After reporting it to a Department of Natural Resources biologist, we found out this is one of the longest specimens they have seen. This walleye measured in at just under 31 inches with a 17 inch girth. She was quickly released after we got some pictures.
Mike received a FishMaryland certificate for this catch. Congratulations!
