While fishing the Upper Potomac River on Feb 13th, my friend and I had an encounter with a fish that was caught on my boat about a month ago. This is a male muskie that has been monitored by the state since march 2018. He was caught less than a mile from his previous capture area. We also caught a few other nice fish in the following days. All ranged in size from 33 inches up to around 40 inches.
