Yellow Perch and Goldfish

Type: Nontidal
Region: Central
Location: Grays Run

I caught a few yellow perch this past weekend (2/21, 2/22) down at Grays Run and encountered some sort of carp looking fish. I wondered what kind of fish this was and I looked online but was still unsure of what species this was. I caught quite a few of them. I even took one home and placed it in my fish tank. Any clues as to what this fish may be?

DNR ANSWER: The fish in your hand appears to be a goldfish while the fish in the tank is a carp (looks like a longer dorsal fin, more elongated fish in general). If there are no barbels, then it is a goldfish, just hard to tell with the photos.
