Musky Catch

Type: Nontidal
Region: Western
Location: Potomac River

While fishing in the Potomac River (Approx. one half mile below dam 5), I caught this nice musky in 7 ft of water. The water temperature was 54 degrees. I was fishing with baitcasting gear on 10lb flourocarbon using a Duo Realis Kabuki 55sr crankbait.

I did not get a length, but my estimate is about 42" to 44" long, my front deck on my boat is 45" and this fish covered it. It was a personal best for me. There were no tags found on this fish.
