Some Monday Rockfishing

Type: Chesapeake
Region: Southern
Location: Chesapeake

I went out on my buddy Andy Cummings boat, Reely Hooked, today, targeting rockfish. We started by trolling baits on the eastern side of the channel, off of Hoopers Island. But we had no luck, except for the loss of a few paddle tails being bit off by, Im assuming, bluefish.

Then we headed up to Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant to see if we could get a fish or two there. We caught mostly dinks but Andy did get himself a nice 29 fish. Which we released after we took few a photos.

What a beautiful day on the bay!
