Mill Creek Spotted Seatrout

I went fishing for some specks today on Mill Creek. I was looking to see if they were actually in after I caught an 18 inch speck the other day. I also wanted to see if they had any size to them.

We fished at the mouth of Mill Creek with top water and 1/4oz jig with a green and pink five inch paddle tail. No top water bite though. I ended up with five trout the largest 19+ inches. And a few of the others were keepers too.

My buddy Chris came out with his kayak and caught one a little over 19 inches too. So I�d say they are in. We Also caught some schoolie striped bass and white perch in the mix too. So some pretty steady action. We fished from six until noon.
