Snakehead Before the Storm

Yesterday afternoon I headed up the road to make a few cast on snakehead here in Calvert County. Casting a small white frog did the trick. Landing two fish, losing a few, they came unbuttoned and I had several short strikes. The area I fished was heavenly choked with weeds, arrowhead plants and lilies too. So there was very limited open water to cast into. Fun action before the storm moved in. I did get soaked by the early storm rain at 3:15.
