Fall Morning on Mill Creek

I took a few hours on the morning of 10/05 to fish Mill Creek. While casting small jigs with paddle tail plastics, I caught 14 rockfish (one keeper in the group) and 2 speckled trout. One of the rockfish had a hole through it. I assume it was tagged, caught, and the tag was removed, then I caught him. What a beautiful fall morning.
