I got up early and got to Fletchers around 6:00 this morning, 4/28 leaving at noon. I went looking for a few American shad but ended up catching a few hickory shad, well, my estimated count of 106 Shad. I had six doubles in the mix too. Catching on tandems, 1/4oz white shad dart and silver spoon and also a 1/2oz green/black shad dart and shad killer, a pink and white jig with flashabou skirt.
