Caught and Released 21 Striped Bass in the Inner Harbor

I caught and released 21 striped bass while fishing the Inner Harbor and my Dad caught and released 3 including this really nice 18in rockfish. All were caught on shad swimbaits and jerkbaits. I also caught my personal best white perch on a jerkbait coming in at 13 inches!
