Liberty Bass

I caught two largemouth bass while fishing at Liberty Reservoir before work on 4/22. The temps were in the low 40�s with gusty NNW winds. Water temp against the bank read 58.5 degrees. I caught both fish caught on jerkbaits. The big-bellied female registered 6.5lbs and looked like she was ready to pop! Unfortunately, I was unable to record the length (tape was still in the vest from a recent trout trip). No stats were taken for the 2nd bass; the big female got all the glory.
