Little Patuxent River

On August 1st I fished for 3.5 hrs in the Little Patuxent River out of Savage, Maryland. My goal was to catch a smallmouth bass and a fallfish to get my yearly species count up, I caught both. (32 species as of now for 2022). I also caught six smallies, 11 green sunfish, a fallfish and two sunfish. I love catching river smallmouth, they are pound for pound one of the hardest fighting river fish out there. All were caught on a small inline spinner and 3� wacky rig worm.
