Freshwater Striper

Type: Nontidal
Region: Central
Location: Triadelphia Reservoir

I caught and released this striped bass below Brighton dam at the Triadelphia Reservoir. It was 8 pounds, 13 ounces. I used a jerkbait type lure (Rapala shallow shad rap). The fish was swimming against the current in fast moving water prior to the catch.
