Some Pre Holiday Fishing

WOW, it got over 90 degrees here today. Ugh. I fished maybe 4.5hrs on Mill Creek. My plan was to fish St Inigoes, looking for slot drum. But I didn�t plan well, missed the tide I wanted to fish etc� Anyway, instead I fished Mill Creek. Catching four striped bass (2 keepers 19�) two cutlass fish (they ate a ton of my baits ??) missed a bunch and caught seven spot. A friend on mine fished from five this morning in until noon. He caught ten Cutlass fish over that time period. No other fish. Catching on 3/8-1/2oz jigs with 4� chartreuse & white addle tails and 3/4oz jigs with 6� BKD white shad/eel.
