I fished out of Point Lookout State Park, hunting speckled trout and red drum on 8/1/23. I fished with friends Julian and Billy. We were catching, half dozen or so specs, a bluefish, a few tiny black seabass, bycatch striped bass (Potomac River) and I lost a nice redfish. Yeah I got my eyes on him as he came up and then turned away� swam away rather.

I caught on 3/8-1/2oz jigs with 3-4� plastics and 5� eels. Spec took pink with chartreuse tails for me. BTW the jellyfish were thick!!!
