Liberty Smallmouth

I caught 2 Smallmouth bass in about an hour's time after fishing Liberty Reservoir by the second bridge in Carroll County North Side of Liberty Road. Both fish were caught between 5:15 and 5:45. I caught both fish on a plastic senko pumpkin seed color with white specs and a number 5 hook no weight on 10lb test line and a spinning rod outfit. The second fish was around 4lbs maybe more. Kept him form wrapping me up around the log by keeping pressure on him kept the rod tip down to keep him from jumping...pulled my rod away from the submerged log...the big small mouth pulled line out of my drag several times while I was reeling him in but he was hooked very deep in the throat so I was able to land him with out him shaking free. Both fish put up a great fight esp the second one.
