A Little Snakehead Fishing

I fished the Chicamacomico River off of New Bridge Rd. on 9/28 with Tim Elliott. He caught a snakehead and a channel catfish. We were catching on chatterbaits with a 4” white paddle tail plastic. All the fish were caught on the outer edge of lily pads, near deeper water. This was on the end of a dropping tide. We caught a total of three snakehead, which he took home with him and we released the channel catfish. We wrapped up at 1:00ish, bottom fell out of the bite. Wind, cold and cloudy. Fun day!
