Here are a few recent outings

On Saturday 4/6 I fished for shad out of Mason Springs. Catching 60 fish on black darts and gold spoons.

On Sunday 4/7 I fished the Patuxent for a few hours off Gov Bridge Rd. Only catching three hickory shad.

On Monday 4/8 I fished Gov Bridge rd again. Only one shad. But I met a land owner at where I parked. He said I could fish his pond. And because of the poor shad bite on the pax I took him up on it. Catching 9 largemouth bass in less than an hour. Most small, but fun catching during the eclipse. Catching on wacky rig.

On Thursday 4/11 I fished Governor Bridge area once again. Catching a white perch and 12 hickory shad.
