Shad fishing is Good at Fletchers

The shad run is on at Fletchers Boathouse in Washington DC. Even though the river is muddy the fish are biting on medium sized yellow and white shad darts with a few of the fish being nice sized. I caught about 30 shad including one nice one that put up a stubborn fight including a couple of jumps. Most anglers were doing well.
