Summer Bay Fishing
Type: Chesapeake
Region: Southern
Location: St Jerome’s Creek/Bay

I took a few casts on St Jerome’s Creek/Bay on 6/27. Fished there from 6:30 til 9:30. Catching a slot striped bass and a 13.5” flounder.

I then dragged up from there and headed to Point Lookout. I should had stayed at St Jeromes. The wind was up and pushing against the tide at the inlet at the park. I did go out to the lighthouse. But with water coming over the gunnels and no fish on the meter I headed back to the inlet. There, catching a spotted seatrout, five dink red drum, a spot and another flounder. Smaller than the first flounder. Left there at 1:00.

Catching on paddle tails and gulp.
