<p>I fished out of Piney Point on Saturday 8/10. I was looking for red fish, but I came up short and only caught six slot striped bass. I lost two other fish to barnacle laden pilings. Missed a few too.</p> <p> I was catching on VMC HD bladed swimbait W/Bass Assassin 5” Artemis Shad plastic. Avg size of the fish was 24.5”.</p> <p> A friend who was fishing there also said he caught striped bass and a puppy drum.</p>
