Striped bass were caught between the Gas Docks and the Calvert Cliffs Plant. The young angler was Caitlin Brogcinski who was on her first Chesapeake Bay fishing trip. This nice striper was her first striped bass. The photo is of Caitlin reeling in her second striped bass with the help of her fiance', Dave Fregelette.
