Yellow Perch on the Choptank River

I had some good luck with yellow perch on the Choptank River using a 1/16oz jig head with threadfin shad & electric chicken patterned crappie maxes. All the fish were mostly full of eggs some with shad. But the bite was non stop once the tide started to go out. My biggest fish was 13.5 inches just shy of a citation. Tight lines!
