I missed Trout Season Opening Day for the first time in several years last Saturday, and didn't get out to my favorite honey hole on Little Falls in Parkton until Monday evening before dusk. I was happy to see plenty of rises breaking the surface, but, alas, I couldn't entice any strikes. I tried the same location again on Tuesday (4/2/25) around the same time and landed this nice 11-inch Rainbow Trout on a 1/16 in-line spinner.
