On July 8th I fished the bay outside the mouth of St Jeromes Creek. I was casting 1/4 oz jigs dressed with 4� and 5� paddletails.

Got out a little late, and lost productive fishing time. But I did manage a few 24� striped bass, a 19� trout. A croaker ate a 4� paddle tail on a 1/4 oz jig ?????, yeah weird. And I was plagued by very small bluefish, lost a ton of plastics ????????. The water temperature fluctuated between 78-82 degrees. Shoreline water temperature was higher.
