(Point) Patience pays off
Type: Tidal
Region: Southern
Location: Point Patience, Patuxent River

On 11/3 I fished with friends Soenke, Julian, and Glenn. We made the run from Solomons out to Cedar Point. But… surprisingly the wind report was wrong, again. Since we were unable to fish there, we turned back to the river.

We had no luck at the Thomas Johnson bridge pilings, a wreak we knew of and a dock that would normally hold fish, Zip. We then connected with a few fish off Point Patience we could see them on the meter and made several drifts over them. They were hitting very lightly, I fought two to the boat but I lost those fish, but catching another. Glenn Perryman caught one fish as well. But, those fish moved on. We then hit Myrtle Point and the Navy rec center fishing pier area. Still no luck. So we called it a day. Catching on metal jigs.
