Ocean City Flounder

Went fishing on Friday 7/15/11 incoming high tide and caught this 21.5 inch 3.5lb flounder. This was caught on live minnows on a homemade flounder rig. I also caught numerous shorties using live minnows and white gulp. The measurements were taken at Oyster Bay Tackle Shop. I was fishing at the bulkhead in Ocean City, Maryland.
