Piney Run Bass

Excellent day for Bass at Piney Run on Sunday July 31st. This bass was number 7 of a whopping 9 caught by me for the day. He was caught on a 5" texas rigged Senko in the color of Bama Bug. He weighed in at just a touch over 4 pounds and 19 inches. Not a bad day at all considering the increasing heat and humidity. Do not let the talk of Piney Run being bad or too "weedy" to fish bother you. Bass are on in this lake period.
