Fishing the Potomac

Fishing the potomac just above harpers ferry yesterday. I fished for two hours at dusk. Landed 18 smallmouth, 4 cats, 2 goggle eyes, and a walleye. Most on a #2 mepps. The last 7 bass were on top water with a jitterbug. Most of the bass were 12-18 inch, the catfish average was about the same , the walleye was 17. All released! A great evening in the rain!
