Catfish on the Potomac River

Location: Potomac River along GW Parkway in between Dyke Marsh and Mount Vernon

I caught this catfish on the Potomac on March 16, right after serious flooding. I did not get a chance to weigh him, but I did measure him to be over 36 inches in length. I was fishing with perch fillets when I caught it.
