Gunpowder Catch & Release Management Area Update

I went out on the 19th back out to the Gunpowder with kyle again. We did much better then last time, which wasn't that bad anyways. We hit the water early again and fished till about noon. I landed 10 and kyle landed 5, all browns. We didn't know what to expect because of the big storms that came through the day before but it was wadable and proved to be great fishing.
